The 2017 Supreme Council Biennial Session will be held in Washington, DC from August 19th to August 22nd. With but a few exceptions, the events of the Supreme Council Session are open to all Masons and their spouses / guests.

After 15 years of service to the Orient of Minnesota, Sovereign Grand Inspector General Jerry Oliver has announced his intention to retire at the end of this year, making this his last Supreme Council Session as the Active SGIG for Minnesota. Scottish Rite Brethren from across the Orient of Minnesota and their guests are planning a pilgrimage to Washington for the Biennial Session to honor SGIG Jerry and celebrate Scottish Rite Masonry. Special events for the Minnesota attendees are planned for Sunday evening August 19th and Monday evening August 20th to celebrate SGIG Jerry’s dedication and service to our Scottish Rite.

Information about the Supreme Council Session can be found on the Supreme Council web site at: https://scottishrite.org/members/meetings-workshops/.

If you are interested in attending the Session and need additional information, please contact me directly.
